Rave closes $12-million funding for GPS-enhanced Mobile Apps

After witnessing a strong response from its Rave Guardian solution which is meant to offer students with a location-based personal alarm service, Rave Wireless, New York based start-up company has closed a $12 million funding for the GPS-enhanced mobile applications for college and university communities.
